MPGL is a Special Purpose Vehicle that is held in a 49:51 ratio by Adani Power Limited and Dickey Alternative Investment Trust respectively. The erstwhile Coastal Energen Private Limited, which underwent Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, was amalgamated with MPGL pursuant to the resolution plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench.
